When developing product with a customer we are willing to assist them in protecting their investment adequately and can assist with attaining both Patents and Trademarks in Hong Kong and China.
At SAP we are fully conversant with confidentiality clauses and non-disclosure agreements and are fully prepared to enter into this type of agreement.
